White Party’s Evolution
This year’s White Party, benefitting Care Resource, kicks-off on November 23rd with the opening of its Welcome Center at the host hotel, The National Hotel in South Beach. Despite the Winter season, the week is slated to be one of the hottest in South Florida. LGBT attendees will come from all over to attend the myriad of events with renown DJ’s and celebrities. This year’s official White Party will be the first to be held on the private waterfront peninsula of the Miami Seaquarium, overlooking Biscayne Bay. Ricky Martin gets intimate at the Fontainebleau
Thanksgiving weekend, singer Ricky Martin will rock for a select crowd staying at the Fontainebleau Miami Beach. Art Basel kicks off in Miami Beach
From December 1st through 4th, Miami Beach will host the 10th edition of Art Basel Miami Beach, one of the most prestigious art shows in the Americas. More than 260 leading galleries from North America, Europe, Latin America, Asia and Africa will take part, showcasing works by more than 2,000 artists of the 20th and 21st centuries. Lords Hotel to host special Art Basel event
On Thursday, December 1st, Lords Hotel will celebrate a special Art Basel event that will benefit Boffo, an organization that helps empower artists and designers. Desi Santiago, a latino artist that has received rave reviews for his work, will be unveiling a spectacular installation at the hotel. The event starts at 10 pm. Save the Date: Hotspots & Genre Latino Holiday Celebration
The Fourth Annual Holiday Celebration, presented by the Hotspots Media Group, will be held on Tuesday, December 6th at the Embassy Suites in Fort Lauderdale. The celebration will include great drinks, a fabulous silent auction and much more! All proceeds raised at the event will benefit the Pride Center at Equality Park. The 6th annual Leather Masked Ball
To take place on Friday, November 25th from 9 pm to 4 am at Boom. The night will feature DJs John LePage (of San Francisco), Jimmy P and Richie Rich. The night will benefit the Leather Archives & Museum and Broward House. General Admission is $30 in advance and $35 at the door and VIP admission is $45 in advance and $50 at the door.
